  • Setting up meetings with the potential clients by tele-calling and visiting the clients.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.- Build a pipeline of prospective sites at various stages of business development
  • Making powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio

Desired Skills :

  • Candidate should have excellent English Communication Skills (written as well as verbal).

    Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mails and calls. Also include scheduling meetings and travel for executives.

      Key Responsibilities

    • Managing and handling end to end front desk.
    • Handle incoming calls and inquiries. Re-direct call as appropriate and take adequate message when required.
    • Greet and interact with visitors. Ensure timely updation of visitor information in visitor book and as per online forms.
    • Handling all incoming and outgoing mails, arrangement of courier services and internal dispatch.
    • Provide administrative and clerical support assigned by superior.
    • Handling, purchasing and monitoring office supplies.
